The ServiceTicketEmail.html file is used to send notifications to your support team that ticket has been created or modified.

The file is basic HTML with variable substitution. The substitution format for a field is {x} where x is the name of the field exactly.
Following is a table of the values.  The values can be placed in the file as many times as desired and can be omitted.

Remember that the case matters so double check.

RequestorName - Displays the Name of the Person Who Requested the Service
RequestorPhoneNumber - Displays the Phone Number of the Person Who Requested the Service

SiteName - Displays the Customer Site Name
SystemType - Displays the Customer System Type
SystemPanel - Displays the Customer System Panel
SystemLocation - Displays the Customer System Location
