﻿The ONLY files that are supported to be changed are below:
 1) Web.Config
 1) FavIcon.ico - NOTE: A copy should be kept in Customizable dir to make sure changes not lost
 2) The entire Customizable Directory can be changed
 3) If you want to add files put in Customizable Directory ONLY
 4) Changing of any other files or CSS, is at sites own risk, and will not be supported
 5) Logs dir needs to be read/write by the IIS user

Enhancements and Changes
------------------------

Only way to log in is now through the email way.  Users with old accounts will use the Convert Account link on the login screen.

Convert account will ask them for an email address once logged in and send a link to their email to activate their account again.

Setting up accounts is now automated.  A link will be sent to their email to activate their account.

User forgot password now will send a link to their email address to go and reset their password themselves.

- Methods of Payment -
Toggle for autopay on payment methods in the table.

- Select Customer - Master Accounts -
Customer Name and Address search under Master Accounts now will filter by “Contains” function.

- Service Tickets -
Adding new service tickets now allows users to add field notes to a ticket, and upload up to 3 documents upon ticket creation.

The comments box is limited to 250 characters, and field notes to 1024.  Each textbox will keep a count of how many characters they have left.

Field notes captions are customizeable as well as option to turn up to 3 field note boxes on.

- Reports - Master Accounts - 
New reports tab for master accounts includes the Aging Report.


Fixes

Tickets created on the Web will now populate the Notify field in Service

The ticket submit button will be disabled to prevent submitting duplicate tickets.

The email sent to support when ticket is created will include option of inserting the customer's email.
